What to Expect

The first stage of planning is to have me come to your home and conduct a personalized consultation and expert measurement. I will listen intently to your needs and desires concerning your renovation, and give constructive advice on what changes can occur. While in your home I will ask many questions that will prove to inspire the best design features for the functionality of your kitchen and/or bath. Some questions you may very well scratch your head and ask yourself, "Why in the world is he asking me that"? I assure you, every detail is significant in that it address's the overall function and beauty of your home. Your lifestyle and personal habits will be incorporated into the design and layout that will create a total unique look. While I measure the area to be remodeled, you may browse my portfolio and get acquainted with the work I have already performed over the years for many satisfied clients. Once I have measured I will take a few days to digest everything and start the creative aspect of designing.

While the designing phase is happening, my wife Jennifer will gather other pertinent information such as countertop pricing, construction needs, etc. Once she has everything packaged she will call to schedule your proposal time. The proposal meeting is very important in that we will discuss the entire process from start to finish. This is one reason I stress the importance of both parties being present. Of course, we will always try to accommodate schedules.

At the proposal table we will finalize all details of design layout, door styles, colors, glazing, moldings, accessories, and hardware, all as individual as you are. At this meeting we will discuss and review the timeframe in which your projected remodel will occur. All work is performed by skilled employees I have personally trained. I will never, ever send anyone to your home in which I am unfamiliar with. I regard your home as like my own. Your complete satisfaction is what we strive for.

Our Operations Manager Benny and I personally oversee every job in its entirety. We are on call to assure a professional outcome. We provide you with all the work and scheduling of work. In other words, we are your "contractor". Your only job will be to provide us with material choices that are personal in nature, such as; plumbing fixtures, countertop colors, and appliances. We will guide you in your selections and even present you with other quality companies in which you will receive some discounts. We orchestrate and supervise all phases from the demolition to the completed remodel. We even provide you with tips to make your transition easy and comfortable.

As you can see there are many things to consider when remodeling a kitchen or bath. We at Kitchens by Antonio will provide you with top quality performances in design, demolition, and installation. By using our "in-house"crew we can accomplish your goal within five to seven weeks as opposed to several months as stated by the home centers and independent kitchen companies.
